The Challenge
Ruby Square needed to break through a crowded New York rental market and quickly build trust with renters, brokers, and community partners—while the property was still coming out of the ground.

Our Role
We supported the go-to-market brand rollout, creating a cohesive visual identity, leasing collateral, and brand animation, while supporting the swag and day-of collateral for the ribbon-cutting ceremony and providing ongoing web maintenance to keep the digital experience current and conversion-ready.

Ruby Square launched with a clear, compelling story and a polished presence across events, print, and digital, helping the development earn early buzz, support its leasing efforts, and present a consistent, high-quality experience from first impression to move-in.
