The Challenge
North Memphis’ Klondike neighborhood faced decades of disinvestment. A long-blighted high school sat vacant, and redevelopment required not just construction but a unifying story that could attract capital, partners, and community trust.

Our Role
The Worles Group provided branding, investor presentations, signage, web design, and community engagement. We crafted the narrative that repositioned Northside Square as more than a building—it became a vision for affordable housing, healthcare access, and literacy programs.
THE OUTCOME
With TWG’s storytelling at its center, Northside Square secured alignment from funders, civic leaders, and residents. The project is now advancing as a $60M mixed-use community anchor, embraced as a catalyst for neighborhood renewal.
