The Challenge
A $1.5M residential project in downtown Memphis needed visibility and community alignment to succeed. Developers wanted to highlight affordability and urban connectivity while competing in a crowded market.

Our Role
TWG provided branding, signage, investor decks, and renderings. We developed a story that tied the project to downtown growth and affordable living, while also signaling quality and inclusivity.

The project’s brand resonated with residents and city leaders, helping secure support and positioning Henry & Seventh as a meaningful contributor to downtown’s affordable housing ecosystem.
